Hubei Youtai Special Paper Co. LTD is a subsidiary invested by Hubei Chengdong Renewable Resources Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. in December 2019.
The company is located in Qingyi Comprehensive Industrial Park, Yiling District, Yichang City, the capital of hydropower in the world. It is a high-tech enterprise of circular economy with comprehensive utilization of waste paper resources. The company covers an area of more than 160 mu, construction area of more than 60,000 square meters, fixed assets of 380 million yuan, annual output value of 600 million yuan, annual profit and tax of 56 million yuan.
In 2019, the company made use of high-speed automated integration technology to technical upgrade the production lines of 2880 and 2760 special black card paper. In November of the same year, the first trial production was successful and it was transferred to normal production. It can produce 100-1500g wind pure wood pulp black card series, wind smooth wood pulp black card series, light wind blue light wood pulp black card series, warm wind red light wood pulp black card series, Dongfeng environmental protection black card series, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons.
After the trial production of the project, it has filled the blank of special paper production in Hubei province and even Central China. After the product is put on the market, its high cost performance has been praised by the majority of customers.
At present, the company plans to build two production lines of red card and color card paper in phase II, and the cogeneration project supporting the project is already under construction.
Through the upgrading of environmental protection equipment and technical transformation of production line, Youtai special paper further reduces the energy consumption and emissions in the production process of special paper, so as to achieve the purpose of saving resources and protecting the environment.
Adhering to the business philosophy of "green and low-carbon, circular development", the company is committed to creating a domestic special paper benchmarking enterprise, and has advanced physical and chemical, anaerobic, aerobic, final sedimentation and other treatment systems of sewage treatment plants, sludge by high-pressure diaphragm pressure filtration incineration treatment.
At present, the company has completed 52 industry-university-research and independent innovation projects, of which 21 technologies have been granted national patents.
The company has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, FSC international forest management system certification and energy system, clean production, safety standardization evaluation, and won a number of honors.
