纸浆模塑餐具生产线
 

纸浆模塑餐具是由可持续材料制成的食品包装，以各种草本什物纤维为原料（甘蔗渣、竹浆、木浆、芦苇浆、稻草浆等），加入食用级防水、防油材料进行化学处理，真空脱水成型后，经模内干燥、热压、切边、消毒等工序制成。
 

生产线特点：

1、制品环保无毒无味，100%自然降解；
2、制品防水防油，不变形不渗漏；
3、制品可微波炉加热，可冰箱冷冻保鲜，可高温蒸煮；
4、生产过程无污染；
5、可更换模具生产各种款式,可根据市场调节生产工艺。

Pulp molding tableware production line

Pulp molded tableware is made from sustainable fodd grade virgin paper pulp,like bagasse pulp,bamboo pulp,wood pulp,bulrush pulp,wheat straw pulp and other pulp.

In the process adding food grade chemical agent,forming under vacuum dewatering ,dry inside special molds,then trimming and disinfection,Pulp molded tableware production have below characteristic.

1、Final products environmental,nontoxic,100% biodegradable.
2、Final products water proof and oil proof,good shape and no leakage.

可通过更换模具，生产蛋盒、水果托盘、咖啡杯托、瓶托、一次性医用托盘等，原料使用废报纸和废纸箱等各种废纸，原材料来源丰富。

适用于生产单一或多样化的纸模产品，可生产蛋托蛋盒、水果托、咖啡杯托、医用托盘、工业产品内衬包装等。
